Our client wishes to extend its Sales Team with a new Sales Assistant in Machelen. You will assist the IT-team and customers in achieving sales targets.

Client Details

Our client offers smart home and building solutions. The headquarters is located in Machelen, where they help clients sell and support software licences and packages on a daily basis.


As Sales Assistant, you work closely with the sales director and manager: You will be responsible for the following assignments:

  • Follow up the offer/order process
  • Defining the demands of the consumers
    • advising appropriate software licenses or packages
    • applying appropriate pricing
  • Assisting clients with the online order process
  • Providing after-sales support for the installation and activation of software licenses
  • Assistance with shipping problems
  • Data analysis and statistical review
  • Preparing targeted campaigns to increase sales


The successful Sales Assistant:

  • Speaks fluent German and English, French or Dutch is a big plus
  • You have an interest in IT
  • You are customer-oriented, cheerful and solve problems quickly
  • You are proactive, bring in ideas and think along with the company
  • You communicate fluently and enjoy contact with B2B-customers and colleagues
  • You can work well with MS office
