On-Site IT Support designs, installs and ensures the optimal functioning of the company's IT and network infrastructure.

Our client is urgently looking for (starting in January 2025) an autonomous and motivated person to take on the following tasks:

Manage the computer equipment as well as the telephone system.

✓Maintain the IT equipment (Servers, PCs, Printers, Network components, etc.), plan installation, configuration and troubleshooting interventions for equipment made available to users;

✓Manage the telephone system (fixed and mobile);

✓Ensure permanent improvement in the quality of service for users;

✓Document IT training for users.

Development : participate in project development and choose new hardware and software.

✓Implement development projects according to the needs of users and the company;

✓Drafting specifications for each project;

✓Participate in the choice of new hardware and software;

✓Apply group IT standards and policies;

Security : implement mechanisms for IT security (local and group) and monitor changes in risks.

Relationships:Transmit information to different stakeholders. Report anomalies directly

✓ You have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science.

✓ You have knowledge of networks, IT security, database management, office software, as well as the IT industry, information systems, architectures, and the technical environment.

✓ You are fluent in English and French

✓ You have a drive licence

✓ You are able to work independently and have good priority management

✓ Full-time temporary assignment from Monday to Friday (or immediate permanent contract if you are employed).
