TPF is a multinational organization with its decision-making hub located in Belgium, ensuring a uniquely local touch.
SA TPF Utilities is a company of the TPF Group specialized in maintenance of technical installations, focusing more and more on reducing the CO2 footprint of its clients. TPF Utilities maintains critical equipment for Belgian Defense, European Parlement, the Federal Police and a lot of other public and private entities. The company has grown over the last 5 years, totaling now a turnover of 30 Mio €.
As a Belgian entity with 120 employees specializing in Facility Management and Maintenance Management, we pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment where the management team is both accessible and deeply engaged with employees. The company is located in Brussels across a train station. (Ukkel Stalle).

Function
- As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the financial performance and strategic decision-making processes of our organization. Reporting to the Managing Director, member of the Management Team you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of budgeting, management control, financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support our company's growth and success. Additionally, you will engage with various stakeholders to gather essential information for effective financial management.
- Develop and implement management control policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure effective financial management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance with a set of predefined KPI’s, providing insights and recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate internationally with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous learning.
- Develop and implement new systems (ERP, CMMS,..)

Onboarding and training
After your welcome day in the office by our HR department, you will be introduced to the entire management team and follow a 2-week training on our working procedures internally. You will meet the Business Unit Managers, the Financial Staff, and all Engineers of our Expertise Centres. You will also meet the colleagues from TPF SA (legal department, …), our revisors and other financial stakeholders such as banks, …
They will also schedule meetings and trainings with you.
The next weeks you will have the opportunity to visit our clients, accompanied by the local management. This will enable you to understand the needs of our business.
