You will manage the full operation of our road, sea and air shipments in a cost-efficient and optimized manner, towards our customers worldwide

Description

  • You efficiently plan daily road, sea, and air shipments using our TMS systems linked to SAP ERP in alignment with our customer's needs.
  • You handle transport orders seamlessly, including planning, booking, confirming, and making adjustments for cost efficiency.
  • You provide creative solutions to unexpected challenges, including on-the-spot price requests.
  • You verify transport invoices
  • You manage DHL shipments, ensuring timely document preparation and pick-up.
  • You work closely with beOps Customer Service and internal departments, including warehouses, production sites, and external loading places, fostering effective collaboration.
  • You establish strong links with various internal departments, such as marketing, warehouse, production, and commercial teams, ensuring:
    • On Time and In Full order delivery
    • Accurate information dissemination
    • Appropriate and adapted communication for customer satisfaction.

Profile

  • You hold a Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Logistics Management.
  • You bring valuable insights to the table, even without specific experience; international logistics exposure is a plus.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English; knowing additional languages is a plus.
  • You navigate SAP and MS Office with ease.
  • You're familiar with sea, road, and air logistics management and regulations.
  • You have strong analytical and organizational skills
  • You proactively drive continuous improvement in your work methods.
  • You're a natural in assessing and managing customer requests through effective and customer centric communication
