As an Accounting and Customer Service Assistant, you will join a small and dynamic team and contribute to a wide range of accounting and customer care tasks.

Client Details

Our client is a major player specialized in the marketing and sale of non-prescription medicines and high-quality dietary supplements in Belgium and Luxembourg.


Accounting part:

  • Ensuring correct booking of customer orders and invoicing of the delivered goods
  • Booking account statements and purchase invoices
  • Drawing up and following up payment reminders for customers
  • Formatting payments
  • Assisting with the end-of-year audit of the auditors

Customer Service part:

  • Handling complaints regarding deliveries
  • Informing customers about any shortages in stock and offering solutions to the customers
  • Answering customer questions about orders and deliveries
  • Centralize and process all kinds of customer complaints about invoicing, delivery, stock and products
  • Reception of visitors


  • Bilingual NL/FR
  • Teamplayer
  • First working experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Punctual, versatile, independent and detail-oriented
