Our client is a Belgian non-profit organisation active throughout Belgium. The Brussels office, located in the heart of Brussels, is actively looking for a Direct Marketing Assistant to join the existing marketing team.

Description

As a Direct Marketing Officer, you are responsible for:

• the production of the communication tools in the broadest sense (flyers, leaflets, brochures, letters production optimisation, etc.)
• drawing up tender requests for various service providers such as copywriters, translators, graphic designers, printers etc.
• evaluating these offers, working closely with the purchasing manager
• the participation in the development of mailing campaigns by reviewing, correcting and validating texts + suggesting relevant visual content
• the validation of the proofs
• the administrative and coordination tasks related to the job, including budget monitoring, control and reporting

Profile

As a Direct Marketing Officer you have/are:

• a professional bachelor's degree in Communication, Translation, Modern Languages/Literature, etc.
• at least 6 months relevant experience in Content creation
• an interest for non-for-profit organisation is a plus
• a perfect command of French AND Dutch
• open-minded, creative and a passion for copywriting
