For one of our customers located in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Client Details

Our customer is part of an international group having its office located in the North of Brussels.

Description

As Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

• You develop and implement compensation & benefits programs allowing the company to attract and retain talent within your scope
• You follow latest market trends and legislation changes and make sure the Compensation & Benefits strategy and related processes reflects them
• You manage and supervise payroll services in collaboration with the payroll provider (payroll administration being totally outsourced)
• You inform, advise and support employees and business leaders with regards to compensation & benefits questions or changes and ensure a smooth and clear communication with all stakeholders
• You initiate, lead and/or participate to a wide range of HR Comp&Ben projects (Hay Grading, mobility budget, transition towards full electric vehicles fleet, HR ticketing system…)
• You automate Payroll and Comp&Ben related procedures, drive analyses and reports on the Comp&Ben matrix using HRIS and proactively come up with recommendations
• You report to the Head of Comp&Ben and collaborate closely with HR teams to ensure operational excellence

Profile

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
• You demonstrate more than 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within a large organisation
• You have a very good knowledge of Payroll and Compensation practices, principles and regulations
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to effectively communicate on Comp&Ben matters to a non-specialised audience
• You are fluent in English and either in French or Dutch with working proficiency in the other language.
• You are customer/service oriented and show strong organisational and time management skills
