Description

The Senior Product Manager - Electronics Sector will be in charge of the following responsibilities :

• Develop local strategy based on market knowledge (GFK, open sources), local shoppers and customers needs and local consumer insights
• In-depth analysis of market studies, trends, competition
• Define local product assortment based on strategic goals and competition
• Define together with Marketing Director an action plan and communication plan to reach strategic objectives
• Ongoing analysis of sales,margin, performance, post-campaign analysis, customers sell-out,etc
• Prepare detailed budget / forecasts with Financial and Forecasting teams
• Present the category and product vision to our customers
• Work in close cooperation with Sales team to really understand customers' needs and opportunities and drive business development.

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing in F.M.C.G. or household appliances
• Previous experience in sales, category management is a plus.
• Language: Fluent in Dutch, French & English
• Strategic vision, used to complex and moving environment, Leadership
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work transversely
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Experience in managing a P&L
• Ability to manage and lead a team
