A Professional Customer Service should provide customers with high-quality support and assistance. Thus the customer service our client is looking for tries to promote our customer's satisfaction and loyalty.
Client Details
You certainly know our customer if you are interested in the sports and healthcare industry. They always try to do the best for their customers and you can help them with that matter.
They are located in Flemish Brabant but home office will be possible 2 days a week.
Description
You are part of the Customer Service team of 5 people.
You manage incoming orders and input them in SAP.
You handle incoming calls, e-mails and online chats.
You handle questions, complaints and feedback from clients in a customer oriented manner.
You maintain and improve the company's relations and networks.
You like to create positive experiences for customers and ensure that they look back with satisfaction on the collaboration with our clients in the sports and healthcare industry.
You are always looking for better ways to help customers.
You attach great importance to the company's image in order to be a good representation of the company.
Profile
As Customer Service you have ideally a first experience in a client related function.
You are precise, you respect deadlines and you have strong communication skills.
You can work in Dutch and English.
