As the Executive Assistant to a CEO, you are in charge of managing his agenda, travels, meetings etc. You are a real right arm in who he can trust.

Description

As an Executive Assistant:

  • Arrange complex agenda, meetings with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring conflicts are resolved promptly for optimal time management
  • Take the lead in orchestrating key events, ensuring all aspects run seamlessly
  • Collaborate with our Travel team to secure comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff on various strategic projects, ensuring that the CEO's and the CoS's priorities are aligned (coordinating schedules, prepping for meetings, and sharing relevant communications)
  • Act as a liaison, communicating effectively with clients, partners, and all staff levels
  • Undertake a variety of administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail to support the CEO's daily operations

Profile

The person we are looking for:

  • As this is a position of responsibility, you will already have around 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Perfect command of English is a must. Any additional languages are a plus
  • Exceptional organisational and communication abilities
  • Aptitude for networking and relationship building
  • A high degree of professionalism
  • Flexibility in adjusting to new situations, challenges, and tools in a rapidly changing environment
