Description

Principal Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound emails for order processing, respond to customer inquiries, and enter order details into the order platform while determining delivery schedules and billing details, verifying data accuracy.

• Resolve issues, assist the Sales team, and transfer hospital inquiries as needed, all while organizing shared mailbox emails into appropriate folders.

• Collaborate with field sales teams for customer site setups, maintaining accurate customer data and monitoring customer license limits and validities.

• Ensure compliance through recertifications and training

• Maintain professional communication and behaviour, uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions, and adhere to local legislation, Customer Care, and corporate procedures.

Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

• Administration or Business Diploma (or experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP is a plus
• Experience in the medical industry or strong interest in the sector
• Experience in an international company
