Today they are reinforcing their Sales Administration team and are looking for a Sales and Customer Support.

Description

As Sales and Customer Support you will have following tasks:

• You handle incoming deliveries from the HQ (Switzerland)
• You manage deliveries to your network of distributors
• You handle orders
• You answer (via mail and phone) questions, complaints, requests from your clients
• You handle stock management
• You analyse sales figures
• You work closely with sales and logistics departments
• You are the right hand of the Sales Administration Manager

Profile

The Sales and Customer Support has following profile:

• You have experience as Customer Service, Sales Support, Sales Assistant or Administrative roles
• You speak fluent French, Dutch and English
• You are very meticulous and precise
• You have a sense of team work
• You can work with Excel
• You have strong communication skills
• You love helping out and you offer a premium service internally to your colleagues and your manager and externally to your clients and your network
