Field Service Engineer

Your position
As a Field Service Engineer you are responsible for carrying out service visits for our
instruments at customers in Belgium and Luxembourg. You work together with a team of
Service Coordinators who are responsible for the planning and follow-up of the service
activities with a view to customer satisfaction and return on investment.

Your role:

• You are in charge of commissioning, repairs and the maintenance of our instruments as well as the calibrations.
• You advise and inform customers about the applications and use
• You propose solutions to customers aimed at improving service and maintenance
• You regularly process the administration of the work performed.
• You provide training and instruction to employees at customers
• You maintain a good communication with customers and you attach great  importance to customer satisfaction and return on investment.

Profil recherché
Your profile

• You completed a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electricity or Electromechanics.
• A specialization in measurement and control technology or process automation is an added value
• A relevant work experience of at least 2 years in the Industry
• You speak fluently Dutch and French and you have good notions in English or German
• You work easily with MS Office
• You have your B driving license B
• Solution-oriented work, being able to work accurately, independently and structured
