Our client is a wholesaler active in the packaging sector, they are a part of a multinational company and looking for dynamic colleagues to join the growing atmosphere.

Description

In this position as a Logistics Administrative Assistant, you'll be in a highly varied role. Your responsibilities will include administrative continuity within the entire logistics process.

Tasks:

  • You will be responsible for administrative follow-up within the warehouse and related to logistical processes;
  • You continuously review the logistics processes with a critical eye and ensure sustainable improvements;
  • You manage and control the daily warehouse activities via our ERP system;
  • You are responsible for processing the leave schedules/overtime of the warehouse employees;
  • You play a role in prevention and quality management;
  • You help plan/control the facility operations within the warehouse;

Profile

We are looking for a Logistics Administrative Assistant that:

  • You are well organized and willing to give your all to your work;
  • Your glass is always half full, never half empty. For every problem there is a solution and you find it;
  • You remain calm under pressure;
  • You have a lot of energy and radiate it;
  • You know how to get to work;
  • You proactively propose improvements to optimize the work process and increase quality
  • within the team;
  • You preferably have a bachelor's degree;
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365;
  • Experience in a commercial and logistical environment is a plus;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, a good knowledge of English/French is a plus
