As a receptionist you are in charge of supporting an international team of lawyers and staff

Client Details

Our client is a big international company


As a receptionist here are your responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and take accurate messages when required
  • Greet clients and organize pick up from the reception to the conference centre or the lawyer's office
  • Deal with incoming/outgoing mail
  • Organize some internal and external events
  • Schedule meeting rooms and maintain calendar
  • Dispatch incoming deliveries
  • Order office supplies and stationeries for the conference centre and other floors
  • Organize meetings including planning, ordering catering, logistical support, video and conference calls set up, administrative assistance to clients
  • Etc


The person we are looking for:

  • You are open to do shifts ( 7h30-16h00 /11h30-20h00 or 9h00-18h00 (alternating every week))
  • You have an excellent level in English and a good level in French
  • Similar work experience in a client-orientated environment (hotel for example)
  • You are interested in working in a very international environment
  • Professional, independent, dynamic, very well organized and efficient
  • Flexible, able to multi-task and handle stress
